From endorsement deals to ecosystem building, Dr. Velma Trayham is turning purpose into power—on a national scale.

In a world where influence can feel fleeting and impact diluted, Dr. Velma Trayham is delivering both—in full force. With a career that crosses industries and a vision grounded in faith, equity, and financial empowerment, she’s become one of the most trusted voices in entrepreneurship, social impact, and women’s leadership.

Dr. Trayham is not just the CEO of ThinkZILLA Consulting Group or the founder of Millionaire Mastermind Academy—she’s a movement-maker, an ecosystem builder, and a powerhouse advocate for small and  Black-owned businesses. Add her role as President & CEO of the Black Chamber of Arizona, and you start to see the breadth of her legacy.

This legacy has already earned her national acclaim: She’s a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, was named one of Forbes’ Top 20 Entrepreneurs, and was honored by AZ Big Media as one of the Most Influential Women in Arizona. But if you ask her, the real win is seeing thousands of women unlock their economic potential—and knowing that she helped build the bridge.

From the Block to Boardrooms: Her Story Starts with Faith and Grit

Raised in modest circumstances, Dr. Trayham knows what it means to hustle hard—and hustle smart. Her early life taught her resilience. Her faith gave her vision. And her determination helped her build a path that included marketing, real estate, banking, and manufacturing—all before stepping into the national spotlight.

What’s special? She’s not here just for accolades. She’s here to restructure how women engage with business—and how the business world engages with women.
