What Is a Nol Card?

A Nol Card is a smart card issued by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). It allows users to pay for:

• Dubai Metro (Red & Green Lines)

• RTA buses

• Dubai Tram

• Water buses

• Paid RTA parking

• Select retail stores and attractions
