The American middle class—once the bedrock of economic stability—is shrinking. Automation, outsourcing, and digital disruption have eliminated many traditional jobs, leaving millions of workers underemployed or stuck in low-wage positions with no clear path forward.

But what if the solution isn’t to bring back old jobs—but to prepare people for new ones?

That’s exactly what Automation Workz is doing through its innovative Tech Skill Coaching program. By coaching individuals—especially those from underserved communities—into high-paying tech careers, Automation Workz is rebuilding the middle class from the inside out.

The Middle Class Meltdown

Over the past two decades, economic shifts have eroded once-stable paths to middle-income living:

  • Manufacturing and clerical jobs have disappeared
  • Wages have stagnated while living costs have soared
  • Many workers are overqualified but underpaid

The result? A large portion of the population trapped in low-wage work with no upward mobility.

To reverse this, we need to create fast, accessible, and effective career pathways—especially in the booming tech sector.

Enter: Tech Skill Coaching

Unlike traditional education systems that are slow, expensive, and often disconnected from market needs, Tech Skill Coaching is agile, affordable, and rooted in real-world outcomes.

Created by Automation Workz, Tech Skill Coaching is a 12-month program that combines:

  • Digital and soft skill development
  • Hands-on assignments and simulations
  • Personalized mentoring via SenseiiWyze
  • A direct path to high-demand tech certifications

This isn’t theory—it’s workforce transformation.

From Disconnected to Digital-Ready

Tech Skill Coaching is especially designed for:

  • Adults with no prior tech experience
  • Individuals from low-income or marginalized communities
  • Workers looking to reskill after job loss or career stagnation

Through coaching, learners develop the skills, confidence, and mindset required for tech roles in cybersecurity, data analysis, and network operations—without needing a four-year degree.

And the best part? They begin earning more before even graduating.
