Genetics & Breeding Background

Super Lemon Haze is the offspring of two heavyweights:

• Lemon Skunk, known for its citrus punch and strong aroma

• Super Silver Haze, a sativa-dominant strain with a long-lasting cerebral high

The result is a multi-award-winning hybrid with exceptional potency, yield, and terpene content—earning it the title of Cannabis Cup winner multiple years in a row.

Effects: Energetic and Uplifting

Super Lemon Haze is favored for its clear-headed and energetic buzz, making it perfect for:

• Creative sessions

• Social gatherings

• Productive daytime use

• Managing stress and fatigue

Unlike heavy indicas, this sativa-dominant strain keeps users motivated and mentally active, making it a smart option for both recreational users and patients seeking focus and mood elevation.

Aroma and Flavor Profile: Pure Citrus Delight

Super Lemon Haze is true to its name:

• Aroma: Sharp lemon, citrus zest, and sweet candy

• Flavor: Tangy lemon on the inhale with a slightly earthy, sweet finish

Dominant terpenes include:

• Limonene – for mood elevation and citrus aroma

• Terpinolene – uplifting and floral

• Caryophyllene – adds spicy depth and potential anti-inflammatory benefits

This terpene profile not only delivers on taste, but also makes the strain popular at premium dispensaries and among connoisseur growers.

Growing Super Lemon Haze Seeds Indoors and Outdoors

Super Lemon Haze is moderately easy to grow and rewards skilled growers with large, trichome-rich buds.

Indoor Growing

• Setup: Maintain temps around 70–80°F with RH between 40–50%

• Training: Use SCROG or LST techniques to control vertical growth and boost yield

• Flowering Time: 9–10 weeks

• Yield: 500–600g/m²

Outdoor Growing

• Climate: Best in warm, sunny regions (Mediterranean-style climates)

• Harvest: Mid-October

• Yield: 600g+ per plant under ideal conditions

Plants grow tall and lanky, so outdoor growers should prepare for structural support. Its high resin content makes it ideal for concentrate production.
